My father, Fred Neil, worked in all areas of construction for nearly 30 years before establishing his own company in 1975. With participation from the entire family, our business continued to expand while building a solid reputation in Middle Tennessee. I took over the daily operations of the company in 1996, though my father’s expertise is very much in evidence as he continues to work with our various crews. Still a family-run business almost 32 years later, we are proud of the Fred Neil Company and all we have accomplished for our clients. Moreover, we are satisfied with the knowledge that we have never done less than the best we could.
